I love the service that I got from Aly at the Dartmouth Crossing branch! She was incredibly helpful and so sweet! Usually when I try on dresses it's stressful and annoying but Aly and all the lovely employees at the store made the entire experience so enjoyable!
Went in twice. First time I was told I'm a size 8. Second time, a month later, I'm told I'm a size 4. Due to the dress the bride wanted us to wear we were told to order a size up as it is a tight dress. I ordered a size 8 instead of a 6 and it was still so tight I couldn't sit down.

Went in for a bridesmaid appointment, had to wait on ourselves as our attendant disapeared. We had to find our own sizes, do up our own dresses and it was crowed, disorganized and overall a poor experiance. We went in with the intention of ordering 3 dresses, walked out with none, even though we fell in love with 3. We will be purchasing elsewhere! Attendant was friendly and thats the only reason why we didnt walk out immediatly.

When you call and order a dress and are waiting for it so u call and check up on it and they couldn’t find it on the system and wasn’t ordered after the employee put all the info in and gave me a date it would be here and a total and than i ended up paying more for my dress and not the same one very unimpressed With the store

Wasn’t given an option to order a dress in my size. Was told these were the only options but it wasn’t the case. Another girl got to order hers in her size. The list literally goes on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Hire new staff and properly train them is all I can say!!

Worst experience ever. Felt rushed, very pushy, did not listen to.me at all. Told me if I didnt order now my dresses would be be in for my Christmas wedding. Then ordered and got a date of July... then one dress came already they did not tell me you have to pick up the dress in 7 days. I got a call last night explaining if I didnt ger the dress by the weekend it would be shipped back.. worst part the dress is paid. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

A month ago, 3/4 bridesmaids went into David's to try and find different style dresses and different colors. The consultant was very helpful, pulled lots of styles, and we each found a dress we loved. The bride approved the color pallet (all different colors) and the styles went well together. The consultant then told us that we should order the dresses 12 weeks before the wedding, and we would be fine. My sister and I are getting married a few months apart so we booked an appointment at the David’s Bridal in Dartmouth Crossing NS and made the drive up from our home town. Our stylist Alyssa was amazing, she was the only reason we didn’t walk out. The thing that made the experience bad was the rest of the staff, talking to us rudely and messing up my appointment time.
