I was really excited to go to David’s Bridal. But I was a little underwhelmed with the selection. They had tons of dresses but not many of the style I wanted (mermaid). However I absolutely loved Sol, she was so friendly, listened to what style I liked and didn’t pressure me. I wish they had my dream dress just so I could have gotten it from her! I 100% recommended her to anyone going to David’s to shop.

Went shopping for wedding dresses. We're told we could "self serve" as the stylists were booked. We were okay with that as we didn't have anything special in mind. When we looked around we had plenty of people come up and ask us if we needed any help with anything and to let them know if we needed anything. Until the time came to try on a dress. They refused to allow us to try on the dress. Another girl working in the bridesmaid department told us that we could use her room to try on the dress, but the other ladies refused t... read more

Unfortunately, 4 bridesmaids left this store buying dresses without any communication from our sales associate. She maybe stayed with us for about 10 minutes in total and we were there hopeful to buy four bridesmaids gowns and two other formal gowns . Our area was cramped up with people and not enough seating. No gowns were brought to us or any hints given . We were sized inaccurately and left feeling alone in a store for which was our first time buying anything like this . one last time shale we! So since the last issue I was contacted by Angela the store manager, as well as the DM. they really wanted to make right on the situation and genuinely felt awful. The have both made a point of taking this entire experience and using it as a learning curve to make things better! I will say they are making good on that promise. Picking out my daughters prom dress was not even close to being as stressful as we thought it would be!! Will be back next year with my youngest daughter !!

Worse experience ever!! We were told because we didnt know what we were looking for she couldnt help us and we should have known what we wanted before coming to the store.. hardly spoke to us after that. Needless to say we found our dresses elsewhere, and will NOT recommend this place to other brides.
