If I could put a negative number I would. All bridesmaid dresses had to be reordered due to defects and then lace needed to be fixed. First dress that came in was already worn: deodorant stains by armpits and boning in dress defective and it literally wasnt until employees examined dress did they agree with my claims about dress being worn. Very disappointed. We had to go back to store 4 times to finally get dresses in decent condition. Ugh.. Definitely a frustrating experience.
I'm so disgusted on how someone can walk into a wedding dress shop and not have a group of " bridesmaids" and "maid of honour" and not get serviced , David's bridal did not even acknowledge me cause I didn't have a huge group with me , or even offer me an appointment to "try on" . Absolutely the worst! Buyer beware! Incompetent airheads
My daughter found her dress and it as just wanted she wanted. Then the alteration nightmare began! It wasn't ready on time, the alterations were done wrong and had to be redone. We live 2 hours away and it meant two trips for her dress that we didn't need to make had they done their job. We had two mishaps during the wedding festivities where her straps came loose from the dress. I would not recommend their alteration dept at all!
Terrible customer service and terrible selection. I booked an appointment for myself and my best friend who is also getting married. We requested to have rooms/ or stylists close by so we could help each other and we certainly open to sharing a stylist. When we arrived the front desk or 'gate keeper' as it seemed did not follow through with this request after it was promised over the Phone. A friend purchased her dress here shortly after the store opened last summer. That experience was good, shared with her mom and sister. Dress came in early, and first fitting was in April. Dress was ordered 2 sizes too large, and then she was sold undergarments that were also 1 and 2 sizes too big. Of course they are final sale. Her dress was supposed to be ready to take home on Friday, July 10, when she would be going to her family in Quebec. No one suggested she check her dress, or try it on. We did, and good thing. If you can find a dress that fits you perfect you are in luck. Worst sales for a bridal dress when you have to shell out big bucks. All they care is making you buy the dress. Will put a lot of pressure. If you have to get your dress altered be warned as it is the worst job i have ever seen. A dry cleaner place will be better off. My dress was beautiful until it went for alteration and it came back as if a monkey hemmed it. Stay away!!!!
Lack of service, Inexperienced staff. Crowded and no privacy. My salesperson kept trying to insist I try and buy a dress that I did not want. She brought everything but what I was looking for. Has your staff not been trained to listen to the Bride and what her needs and wishes are?
Left in tears WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Costumer service was terrible and that was with an appointment !
