Horrible experience! Drove 3 hrs for an appointment. The stylists didn't help suggest or pull any styles for me. I had to go out and pull dresses myself. The lady kept forgetting to pull my dress bc "she was busy". After the 3rd time of her coming back empty handed I insisted it was done 1st! Had to wait for clips multiple times as the girl next to me was using them. Then my Matron of honor clipped me up instead of my so called "stylist". My fiancé returned her gown in the allotted time that she purchased online. It has been nothing less than a headache trying to get her $240 back for the gown. Shady company! Go elsewhere….

I highly recommend making an appointment before going. You are flat out ignored if you don’t. I asked 2 associates for help with a fitting room. The first absolutely blew us off. The second at least offered to find someone else to help us. We actually were discussing looking for a dress elsewhere when someone finally found a moment to speak to us. We found a dress and my daughter is happy. That’s all that matters at this point.

The policy most stores have are...:.Customers come first... and the staff makes u feel like they go out of their way to make your experience of buying your wedding and bridal gowns a happy memory....forget that at David’s Bridal Shop...all their interested in is making sure most everyone is charged a rush fee and you should be happy they are helping you....ripping customers off with all added fees....they are rude! Don’t shop there!!!!

my bridesmades dresses were not ready before the wedding and some still have not come in. they never contacted me (the bride) to let me know the warehouse wouldn't have them done. the wedding was supposed to be June 6th and we ordered them in February.
Davids Bridal has consistently dropped the ball since this pandemic! I have requested callbacks for several months from a manager and never once spoke with one. No one ever answers the phone at the store here Indianapolis. My dress was sent to me with no receipt or invoice in the box. When I went into the store the manager was very adamant that she was not the manager that I needed to speak with and that she always returns calls. LIES!! They are very dishonest and crooks!! I purchased a dress on 3/16/20, then found the dress I wanted on 3/18/20 on their website. I purchased the dress from the website and could not return the original dress because the store was closed due to COVID. After diligently watching the website for a reopening date, I saw that they said they would reopen on 6/1/20. I went to the store on 6/18/20 with my receipt, the dress still in the garment bag with all tags attached, and asked for a return & refund because I'd found the other dress and got married on 5/23/20.
