My daughter purchased a dress from these people. Once she tried it on, it didnt fit but the stores are now closed. We called customer service and order a larger size, was told to return the dress. We abided by the return policy that is online 100%. I called Liz at Indy today and she indicated that the return policy has changed even though the website says something else. So my maid of honor and I went to get her dress today. I already had the style number, we just needed to get her dress size and get it ordered. I was halfway greeted before she asked if I had an appointment, I said no, but we know the exact dress, we just need to find her size and order it. We spent hours trying on dresses. We finally found the right bridesmaids dresses. The woman said they were about to discontinue and had limited sizes. Not one but three of the bridesmaids gave her the dress number we wanted. She said that it was letting her order all of our sizes. And that since they were being discontinued, we got an extra percentage off. We all ordered the dresses and got them back today. For them to be the wrong freaking dress!!!! For 6 months I’ve been forwarded and passed around regarding a bridesmaid dress I ordered in January, paid for, and never received. This caused immense stress in May when I followed up after my estimated pickup date came and went. At that point I was told it was never actually ordered (how is that even possible?). Had a scheduled appointment- Girl was new, knew nothing was no help, more concerned with hanging up clothes, measured my granddaughters incorrectly, measured my daughter incorrectly , could not use the computer correctly at checkout We had to go to the manager to finish our checkout. We had an appointment and were treated like an inconvenience. It was over crowded and our sales person told us she had another group she had to be with. I asked if there was a place for us to gather and put our stuff and she told me I could sit on a foot stool. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place, go somewhere who will give you the attention you deserve, it’s your special day. You deserve it

Do these reviews even work? I keep seeing negative comments with several promises to make improvements, but I don’t see any changes. I was very disappointed with my experience at David’s Bridal. I had an appointment, but the consultant wasn’t dedicated to me. She was helping another bride as well. She was nice, but a real consultant will listen to the bride.
