I will never send anyone to David's Bridal for anything. Ordered bridesmaid dresses beginning of April. Finally get them, look at them - ALL THE WRONG DRESSES. Was told there is no way for us to get the four dresses we wanted for the wedding which is in September. Was told they would refund the dresses~~Ummm, one bridesmaid lives out of state and we have 4 distinct colors, so not sure trying to go find more dresses was the answer. The staff was rude! They acted as if we were “bothering” them! They had me sign a receipt then she dropped it into my bag. I asked if the receipt was hers. She replied no. It’s yours and all sales are final! Umm don’t you think they should have mentioned that before accepting my payment! �����

Save yourself from the frustrating company EVER. This is supposed to be a fun time! If you want to feel rushed, like an inconvenience and nothing be right when ordered, by all means shop here. While the Castleton store was terrible (the 5 times I’ve been there), Greenwood was marginally better if you must go!

So awful. I tried on bridesmaids dresses then at checkout couldn’t get the dress in time for the wedding that’s 3 months away. I kindly tried on more dresses, found a new dress, tried to checkout again to find that I couldn’t get that dress in time either. After paying for it. Which is a final sale. Eventually ordered on Amazon. Never going back here. Don’t do it brides, don’t do it!!

All employees were rude and seemed annoyed. When I called the “supervisor” was the rudest of them all and we will definitely take the rest of our needs for our wedding somewhere else.

David's bridal is A HORRIBLE place. They have no sense of what the word customer service stands for. Everyone including the manager Abigail is rude. They work on commission. The first trip the girl that was helping us left and never did anything to help. The bridal party had to help each other get into the dresses. We had to pull our own dresses from the racks. They gave us a date of June 3rd that the dresses would be back. One dress came early and then told us the other dresses wouldn't be here until July 30th. The m... read more

My fiancé made an appointment to try on different styles of wedding dresses to see what would work better with her body type. When she arrived she said there were multiple people at the host stand discussing who would be going home. She met with the first consultant, whom she said was very nice and listened to her about what she was looking for, but the first consultant left, and a second one showed up.
