I will never spend another dollar at David’s Bridal and I regret giving them my business at all. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses and provided all of their contact information and staff advised they would receive an email when their dress was ready for pick up and they would have the option to have it shipped to their house or pick it up at the store. I did not have a good experience! My consultant was over booked I literally had 2 people with me and the other person had like 10 the consultant was more worried about her dresses rather then me she seen me in one dress but seen all the other girls dresses on her . I couldn’t even come out of my dressing room to see what I looked like in my dress because they were so packed it was really ridiculous and not how I pictured my first time trying on dresses! I would NOT recommend this place!

The staff was very friendly and personable. If only that was all there was to good customer service. If we hadn't found (pretty much on our own) THE dress, on the first one we pulled off the rack (ourselves) we would have never bought a dress there. To a previous commenter's point, no. It would have been great if our consultant hadn't been so wrapped up with another client. She brought my daughter four dresses and a strapless bra and *poof!* she was gone. There were a couple times we managed to attract her attention as she scuttled by carrying dresses and accessories for the other client, but we were pretty much left on our own to re-hang and re-bag the dresses, find accessories, etc. When my daughter picked her dress, some completely different consultant came over with the bell for her to ring and rattl... read more

Horrible customer service during bridesmaid dress appt. My bridesmaid was given a room to try on the dresses and we were never checked up on until we were already done and ready to leave. I had a few questions about the dresses while she was changing but I could never find the employee assigned to us. Needless to say we didn’t get a bridesmaid dress..

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Way over crowded they where running about half an hour late and never told us!!!!!!! The girl was clueless about everything, the bride LOVED the dress but couldn’t get a straight answer from the girl, and it was simple questions!! And then they couldn’t help us find the colors of the wedding!!!!! No help what so ever, so the lovely bride went to brides by young almost a cross the street! That place is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

WARNING!!! DO NOt COME HERE!!!!! Brought in my bridesmaid to get measured and we trusted their expertise to order her correct size. When the dress came in (days before the wedding) the dress was very small! They offered to alter it to make it into a size bigger and we have 4 days until the wedding so we had no choice but to pay. Instead of reordering the correct size they charged us 135 extra!!! To fix it. I called customer service and all they could say was sorry I don’t know why the store did this. This place is the worst. I had my third appointment today to try to buy bridesmaid dresses and everything about the experience was horrible. each visit just gets worse. Employees have no respect for sensitive matters and want very little to do with actually helping. If you find a dress you want, i highly recommend double checking Macy’s. They carry a lot of the same dresses and I am very confident your experience will be much more enjoyable.
