Today was the second time we have come to this store and were made to feel like a burden. We were put in a dressing room by one of the staff who pulled a couple of dresses for us, and were there for maybe 30 minutes while one of my bridesmaids tried on a few dresses. It wasn’t very busy and there was plenty of open rooms so I didn’t feel like we were bothering anyone with there being only two of us. So the reason for the one star rating is because as soon as we got there we were NOT welcomed and then rudely were told that she couldn't try on any dresses because we didn't make an appointment (understandable) but rudeness isn't needed. Fast forward to shopping around the service was AWFUL not one person asked to help my mother (the bride to be) get fitted for her dress or even told her where to go and I literally seen like 3 of the girls that worked there just chatting away! I give it a big fat zero. I ordered a bridesmaid dress months ago. It came quickly. It had a rip in the dress and a hole. I've never gotten any dress from anywhere manufactured so poorly. I had to complain to not have to pay for shipping. They were going to charge me $30 more since the sale was over. It wasn't my fault I received a torn up dress. I had to pay again for the dress and wait 30 plus days to be credited. I was on the phone over an hour. The replacement dress came and it was the wrong dress. I'm stuck with THE WRO... read more

I hate to be negative but this place is unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful. We went there for the competitive pricing for a flower girl dress but after a chaotic & unprofessional experience I would have been so much happier shopping somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, especially brides, or anyone who needs to order a dress without extra hassle and confusion. Absolutely terrible service!! And when my daughter chose a $99 (on sale) dress, the sales girl left us immediately for the next family (who showed up 20 minutes early)....leaving us with the cashier, who knew absolutely nothing (including not knowing how to change the paper receipt roll on her register...I had to show her)! She had no clue what corset, slip, or veil we needed to place on order! So we stood around for a whole hour for the cashier to track down what we needed! We were shopping and the sales associate who was helping my daughter hit the end of her shift. There were 3 dresses stacked, she let my daughter try on one, then said "sorry, I have to go". They had noone else who could assist, so we left without ever even trying those other dresses. My daughter was stressed and overwhelmed already and all the associates in the store could buzz about was the scheduling problems. Did nothing to put her at ease or really help. Sales consultant was very unprofessional she kept rushing the appointment she acted as if she didn't know what she was doing I had to take over the appointment myself to tell her what to do and I don't even work there
