We drove a hour to look at bridesmaid dresses. I only found 2 and neither were in my size. When I asked for help,I got blown off completely. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.
I had a really great experience with my consultant (Julie Isabelle) and thought that my wedding dress experience would be a great one. I was so wrong. The customer service is terrible and communication is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for dress shopping.
So far I have only been impressed with one employee there who knows what she is doing. They charged my daughter $1.00 for a swath of clothing after our wedding party had spent well over $1,000.00 for dresses. On top of that, my other daughter, who is a bridesmaid, her dress was shipped with another dress over 2 hours away to a location we did not specify. They did call my daughter, who was out of town, but never left her a message. I am REALLY concerned at this point as to whether they are capable of providing the level of s... read more
Yes, I found my dream dress, but no thanks to the consultant. My maid of honor found it after the consultant told me they did not have the style I was asking for. There was no room for my mother or grandmother to sit and people were constantly pushing them out of the way. I made an appointment and for sure did not get the experience a bride should get
Thank you SO much to the attendants at David's Bridal Town Center.. for NOTHING!!!!!!!! We just love being ignored, and you guys are SO good at that! So thanks again for making us feel so incredibly unwelcome in your store. My daughter Karen and I pulled all 30 dresses all on our own, sorted through styles and sizes and found the perfect dress for homecoming. Future brides... go somewhere else! Had a bad experience overall! And definitely get your alterations done somewhere else because they charge you an arm and a leg!!
Worst experience ever. I made an appointment for my bridesmaids I met my consultant and then she disappeared. Told me to go find the dresses myself and then said " ok I'm going to put you to work write down their names size and dress you like." Then disappeared again. We only had one fitting room for 5 girls. It was so crowded people where walking over us telling us to move. I made an appointment for a reason to be helped and have plenty of time and room to work with my girls. They are awful!!!! My consultant didn't help one... read more
Went there to try on dresses.....im not the typical young bride. I was told to pick edresses and take them to the back and that a consulatant would be with me shortly. When they called me to go back i was put in a extremely small room (just barelt big enough for and the dresses i picked) i was then asked my bra size and she left andcame back with a bra that didnt fit...i couldnt tell herit didnt fit bevause she was to busy with the other bride to be in the big room! I gave this place one star because of the experience I had when I went to pick out a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding for this upcoming July. She gave us three styles to choose from, however, I would be seven months pregnant when it comes time to wear the dress. When I explained this to the woman "helping" me, she said none of the styles would work and she didn't know what to tell me. She tried to choose ones that could work, but none of them were even close to the style the Bride chose for us. As if that wasn't bad ... read more
