My visit for Mother of the Bride dress was spectacular! Elyse was super tentative and professional helping me find the perfect dress! She’s a also a wedding planner and is very respectful of budget and was experienced with style and color! I am 51 and she put me in the perfect dress for my daughters wedding! I would highly recommend Elyse for all of your needs for the big day ❤️

Tess was amazing. She knew exactly the dress my daughter was looking for before she did. She listened to my daughter's thoughts and ideas, and brought all the dresses we chose, and then she suggested other dresses that my daughter might want to look at as well. My daughter chose a dress that was not even on her radar!! 0 stars. Worst customer service. Was told when I bought my dress that I would have 14 days to return it once it came in, if for any reason I wasn't satisfied with it, since I was unable to try it on in my size. Then when it came in, I was told that the return policy had changed THE DAY BEFORE. And that they would not allow me to return it, even though I had ordered the dress over 5 months ago when this policy was not in place. We had a bridal party appointment, then 90 min after that a bridal dress appt... we had only 1 bridesmaid and 1 flower girl, and we were done quickly... so we waited around 45 minutes for the bridal appt, and about 10-15 after it was supposed to start, we asked what was going on, and they asked us to reschedule and come back because they didn't have anyone to help us!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'll probably return both bridesmaid dress and flower girl dress I had already purchased!!

I'll start by saying the girl who helped me pick out my dress was amazing. I love my dress. That being said, everything after has been a total nightmare. The wedding dress I was supposed to pick up in store was shipped to one of my bridesmaids, even AFTER speaking to someone when it came in. They then later shipped the dress that was supposed to be shipped, days later, after I just planned to pick it up. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth... we came in to look at dresses to wear to a wedding and my two year old daughter had a meltdown, so my mom took her outside... the girls at the front proceeded to stand there and talk about the way my daughter was acting and watching her outside and telling eachother what she was doing not knowing her mom is standing right there... rude and disrespectful. you never know who you're talking about or in this case who's CHILD you're talking about. won't be back.

This place is awful. The people are rude. refused to allow my daughter to try on dresses that she liked but rudely insisted that she try only the dresses that the lady recommended. refused to allow my 12 years old to try on any junior dress but only adult sizes. guess to make the extra commission since the same dresses in a juniors size was 50.00 cheaper. so now I have to pay an additional 50 - 100.00 on having an adult dress altered to fit a 12 year old. Find somewhere else to shop for dresses.
