I went there with a specific dress in mind that I had my heart set on. I had almost the same dress that I bought offline, that wouldn't fit me that I was going to bring them to get altered. (It was a David's bridal gown) However, they said that they wouldn't even touch it without the receipt, even though it has the original tags. Sorry, but I don't know anyone that can pick out a dress for their wedding in 1 hour. That's is from the time you walk in the door to trying on and deciding!! Sorry we did our 1 hour, left went across the street and bought the dress of my daughters dreams!!! With no rush, no hassle, and the help of everyone!!!!

I am really not happy right now. When my daughter tried on her dress it was beautiful and she was absolutely glowing. But when she got her dress there was this weird crease in it that we were told would be taken care of at pressing and alterations. She has just had those done and the crease is even worse, now she is being told there is nothing that can be done. I purchased my dress and veil at the store earlier this year with the intentions of getting married in June in a chapel. We ended up scrapping the idea, and opted for a beach elopement at a resort in the Caribbean. From the beginning I was luke warm about my veil. It was cathedral length with a lace edge. Horrible customer service. I went to this location a few months ago looking for my wedding dress and it was horrible. First I was ignored and then when some one finally came over she was rude and horrible the whole time. I finally got so frustrated and mad that I said the heck with it and left. She acted like I was bothering her. I left and went some where else for my dress. I decided to try this store out again looking for bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. Brittany was bringing dresses out literally twice my size, they were so big that I couldn't even imagine what they'd look like if they was to fit. Asked for a smaller size and she brought dresses that was clearly too small (like size 4's, anyone with a brain could tell I don't wear a size 4, but I don't wear a 24 either). Had an appointment for a Wed afternoon, waited 15 min for sales rep. When she did finally greet us, she was no help at all! My MOH & I did all the work-including clip each other in dresses while Katie the sales rep attended to at least 3 other customers. She admits Wed was not a busy day yet she couldn't be bothered with us! Literally ran out of that store-won't ever be back! Save yourself the heartache & check out @ImpressionBridal down the road! A hidden gem!!!!
