Our stylist was not helpful at all. She wanted me to do all the work for her . When I ask her if she had other dresses that my daughter can try on similar to what she already trying on .... she look at me ... hmmm I don't think so! Really? So we left!

I went here yesterday to find my wedding dress . The experience was ok, but the shop was a bit chaotic. The line to checkout took forever because it was an bit unorganized. I also saw other customers being offered special things like a shutterfly gift card. There was one rung up on my receipt but it was never offered to me. I also wasn't told whether I would get a garment bag with my dress or anything . I had the rudest consultant when I took my bridesmaids for their appointment yesterday.. At one point she looked at her watch and said "you guys have 20 mins left in your appointment, just so ya know(In a very rude way)". I thought that was not a way to treat a paying customer. She also seemed to be rushing us, if we didn't like a dress she would rush them into another one. The stress this store caused me for my wedding was unbelievable. First, I went here for my dress for a certain consultant I had worked with before. She was great but another woman overstepped into our appointment and very aggressively and rudely convinced me that I needed a size 2. I was hardly a size 0.. I then had to pay over $500 in alterations because they knew I had no other choice. They messed up my alterations appointments. I didn't get my dress until the weekend before my wedding. They were very helpful, helped us find the sizes we needed and helped us find the dresses we wanted.
Staff were very helpful during my two visits. Witnessed the lady at the front desk being rude to another customer, but it did not ruin my experience. L. Michele and Ciara were the best!
