Went to David's bridal today to look for a pair of shoes for my daughter's wedding. We were there 15-20 minutes trying on shoes. Not one person came near the shoe dept to acknowledge us. As we left the lady at the desk said "thanks and have a nice day'. Maybe my sale was not big enough.
Poor customer service. Had appointment and sells person would not even help us. Had to retrieve dresses ourselves and fit them ourselves . My friend who was helping me is pregnant and had her one year old daughter with us and she is the one who had to retrieve the heavy dresses when we was told not to mess with them at the beginning. They should not be double or triple booking clients. Will not be going back to this establishment. I would much rather drive to Louisville then to go back to this store.
I will never go to this place EVER again! my wedding dress was fine, we'll get that off the list.... #1 it June 1st for my bridesmaid dresses.. not everyone could make it because we all work #2 I have 8 bridesmaids that are gonna give you a lot of money for their dress... don't be rude! #3 again it's june, my wedding is October 3rd, get those girls dresses ordered only to find out the next Monday when another 1 of my girls go to get their dress ordered that they won't be in till October 5th..... wtf? Cried in the store two times. Just picked up my daughter's dress for my wedding. It doesn't fit right (again) and there is no time left. Once u buy it u don't get ur money back if it comes in wrong! Just an fyi for any one going there to get a dress!
Was treated rudely today by the staff at the podium. Thankfully the lady who actually helped me was nice. Horrible experience and I was only there to pick up a dress that had been altered. I will not recommend this store to anyone. Customer service training for all employees is desperately needed.
I would have given less than one star. We drove 5 hours down to KY from NW Ohio to shop for our daughters wedding dress. We were running late because of the traffic in Cincinnati and we called several times to let the store know we were running behind. The manager Melissa was extremely rude!!!
