It was the worst !! We went in just to look and maybe try on a dress or two and we're told no fitting rooms would be available until later that evening. Then we asked if we could just look and we were told yes so we started to look and another lady walked up to us and said we have scheduled you in for 3 pm you can go get lunch and come back then . Worst experience at a bridal store I've ever had. I've been with several bridesmaids and for myself. I recently had a great experience at David's Bridal in Bowling Green and my appointment ran very smoothly. My experience with my sister was a completely different story. My sister picked out several online from David's bridals favorites. They didn't have any of the dresses pulled. They made us look through the dresses ourselves. We went there yesterday and Haley the consultant was one of the rudest people. She didn't even bring the dresses my daughter wanted to try on. Then we asked about certain styles and cuts and she told us that she had tried on all the dresses in that style and cut. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone

I went on there over the weekend to get measured and I was told to make an appointment and come back. I went back for my appointment and they told me they couldn't do my measurements since I was in a wedding out of town and the bride was not registered at David's Bridal and that their dresses run different. Measurements are measurements and that's all I needed so I could send it to the lady altering my bridesmaid dress in the wedding I'm in out of town.

I've never seen a business so poorly ran in my life. I was scheduled with a "stylist" today from 2:30-4:00, however, once I arrived I was told that no one was available to assist me. Why? Because of the number of walk ins! The option of scheduling an appointment is useless if you have no intentions of honoring it? Also, the absolute lack of professionalism and organization was shocking to me. The employees offered no direction whatsoever and customers were walking around in the shop completely confused. After a 2 hour drive they are rude and said I couldn't shop after 7:30 without an appointment all stuck up and no help

I had an awful experience today. My sales associate was rude and they ordered the wrong dress! If I could return it and go somewhere else I WOULD!
