Cole at the tailoring department in Park Meadows colorado store is horrible!!! He’s not competent to do anything! I’ve now been back and forth 4 times for my dress cuz he can’t take measures, my dress is still not done. They had to send it to another store to fix it with out consulting me first! How dare you do that! Awful service!!! Cole notes sucked, they couldn’t reed anything he wrote. Let’s not even mention that First they gave me quote for tailoring my dress for 200$ then I ended up paying 600$ Hopefully you guys fi... read more

When I came into the store for my 3 pm appointment, I was instructed to look at dresses in the sample section and that someone would be with me shortly. River arrived to greet me around 310 and asked if I had a dress I found that I wanted to try to on. I didn't get any questions about what I was looking for, my wedding, etc. I explained I had saved dresses I liked on the website and pulled up the numbers for them on my phone. I was very unsatisfied with the time and effot the staff gave me while picking out my wedding dress & the overall process. To begin, I scheduled an appointment during the mist of COVID in Novermber of 2020. I was told over the phone that I could bring three guests, besides myself, to the appointment. I ordered 2 dresses and spent over $200 on them. The dresses took over a month to arrive to the store. I never took possession of, touched, physically viewed, or handled the items. It was more of an online order. When the items finally got to the store, the event was canceled. Upon calling David's Bridal to inquire about getting a refund for my purchase; since I never even had the items they refused and claimed that there's a 7 day return policy. A policy they failed to mention. This was not a return! I never had the items! ... read more

Don’t shop here. They won’t let you return a dress that was made terribly after you waited 2 months for it. Customer service is terrible and corporate doesn’t respond either.

My consultant was nice however the zipper on the gown I tried on was stuck from the fabric. My consultant had to call the lady from alterations to see if she could fix the zipper. The alterations lady insulted me and called me FAT 2 times. I was so embarrassed and hurt I quickly gathered my belongings, and left the store without my dream gown. Thank you Brittany G. for an exemplary dress shopping experience. This was our first attempt at finding a dress for my daughter's wedding. Brittany took the time to learn about my daughter's style and wishes and showed us a variety of dresses. She was a patient and skilled consultant. We are seriously considering purchasing a dress she found for us today. Great experience.
