The experience was quick and very efficient. The major thing that bothered me was that I got two calls and an email reminding me about my appointment, when I feel like one call and one email was plenty. I actually spoke to someone on the phone both times so I feel like someone should have remember they called me. I felt badgered to make sure I remembered my appointment or else.

Ashley was so helpful. I had a dress issue and she was able to resolve it so that I can receive it before the big day! I am so thankful for her help!

Dresses were beautiful but there was no staff to help us shop.

The dress I liked online wasn't available in stores, the website said it was available in all sizes when in fact it was only available in 0 and 10 and to top it off if I did order it for one of my bridesmaids to try and decided I didn't like it, I couldn't return it to the store but would have to PAY for return shipping. There were very few short dresses in stock to try on. Terrible customer experience!

My appointment was at 3 o'clock I arrived a little early and the lady at the podium said my consultant was still busy. I told her that was fine, I was waiting for friends.another lady explain to me about do not pull the dresses off the rack take a picture dresses tag. a lady did get us A fitting room cotine to try on dresses none of the Consultants came to ask us any questions or need any help at 3:50 my consultant carols never came over to assist me pretty much thought I was at JCPenney's trying on clothes at 3:50 my... read more

I worked with a lovely stylist named Carol. I walked in there having no real idea of what I wanted in a wedding dress and she helped me realize my dream dress. She was friendly and helpful and a real joy to work with!

I loved my experience from just getting in the door. I had a larger group with me and laurie, the consultant, was more than accommodating. She even found the perfect dress under my budget!

The sales people don't care unless you're buying a wedding dress and they get angry if you refuse to give out your phone number. It was a horrible experience and won't be returning to the store.
