The first store we stopped at was a huge disappointment so we were thrilled to have so many options to choose from at David's Bridal. Anna our stylist picked exactly the kind of dress style we were interested in and soon we couldn't decide which to pick, they were all so perfect! I would definitely return for my next fancy event!

Our David's Bridal rep, Ana, was professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her. She was so friendly and helpful. I have to admit I was not looking forward to trying on a bunch addresses as I am not a big shopper but Ana made it fun. We were a little disappointed when we arrived because she was running about 15 minutes behind and we were nervous about being kept waiting that long as we had other appointments afterwards. I received very attentive, helpful assistance even when it was very busy at the time I was shopping for my wedding dress and later, getting ideas for bridesmaid dresses. Laura at the Lone Tree, Colorado location was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive to detail and listened to what I liked and gave great recommendations for accessories and just helpful tips for my wedding day as well.

I had a bad experience after I bought my dress, I went to try it on and the consultant ordered the completely wrong size in my dress, my undergarment and my bridesmaid dress. My dress was no where close to fitting. I was very upset, but Darla the manager said she would fix everything and have everything ordered in the right size. Now everything came back in, I went to try my dress on and it was the right size and fit wonderfully. The original person helping me had blonde hair was in her 50s and was not pleasant. She acted like everything I asked her to do was like I was asking her to move a mountain. She wasn't around when I needed her. Then another group came in and she started ignoring me all together. She was just not doing her job. I asked another girl for help. Extrememly poor customer service while prom dress shopping with my daughter!! We were not told we needed to sign in when we first entered and didn't discover this until my daughter needed to try on dresses. We then were informed that we had to wait for our assigned stylist to be available as they work 1-1 with the client. After an hour of waiting, I checked in at the front desk for an update and was told that our stylist had just gone for her lunch break. We spent a lot of time figuring out the colors we wanted and since we wanted 4 different colors for my bridesmaids dresses we asked numerous times to be certain that the dress we chose was available in all four. We were assured it was not an issue, after looking online it was not available in all four so I had to come in and find other color options. The girl who helped was great, it was super busy and she balanced helping me along with other guests perfectly... also great selection of coarse!
