It was my first visit and I was impressed. I was acknowledged seconds after I walked in. Even though I was early for my appointment, a stylist was on hand to pick out dresses for me while I waited. I appreciated everyones lovely smiles, patience and genuine warmth. Thanks Portia for helping find my dress, it wasn't in store but you went the extra mile, I'm grateful.

I had my frist bridal gown alteration appointment today and it went great. The alteration team were professional and made me feel at ease. They knew what they were doing and explained everything to me.

Great experience, although didn't have stock of our chosen dress. Not sure why we were not told of this at start? Your stock levels showed faulty stock. We ended up buying stock used in store so happy with the outcome.

The service is great. I've had two appointments and both ladies were extremely helpful. My issue however is with the delivery process. Having spent over £800 on bridesmaids dresses it is very annoying to be told that they may not come altogether and that I'd only have 7 days to collect them once they do arrive at the store. Considering I placed the orders at the same time the least the store could do is to hold the dresses until my complete order has arrived since its one transaction. Huwaida in the Stratford branch was so helpful and polite like the rest of the staff. I even requested for her for my second visit. They also have a great selection of designers. There is definitely something there for every bride.

Normally I don't bother to write reviews but the service was so shambolic I had to write something. A few months ago a made an appointment at your London Westfield branch. I chose not to bring my family as I felt it would bring too many diverse opinions to the appointment. I arrived on time and was told to complete a form at the desk downstairs and then go upstairs.
