Good experience, a lot of choices and great service. Only thing is we have to wait 3 months for the dress to be ready! So better to go well in advance.

I had a good experience at the shop on the day I had to try the braidmade dress even though it was very busy I managed to try quiete a few dresses and the stuff was nice

The person who did my alterations was lovely. So friendly and helpful. Making my order was not a good experience. I had to phone 3 times to have the order confirmed. No one could find my order. Even though I had been charged. Was not good service.

I found an amazing dress and the consultant was really helpful and supportive. It was a really special experience, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience lots of fun.

The booking of appointments on line easy. The shop assistance helping us was helpful, she measured both bridesmaids and suggestedsizes. Some of the dresses we not available in all sizes which was a bit difficult to then see what the dress would look like. Good choice in different colours. The assistant was entertainingly fun and helped make our experience. She was not just assigned to us but also other groups but this did not matter. The changing room was very busy. I bought my wedding dress in David's Bridal last weekend and had a great experience. This was mainly down to the wonderful assistant who helped me, Israel. She really listened to everything I said and in the end she picked out a dress that is perfect for me and that has everything I wanted.
