Don’t ever go to David‘a Bridal. I ordered a dress that didn’t fit when I picked it up, so they rushed a new dress. They told me I needed to go up 2 sizes. I knew this was wrong and told them. They insisted I needed 2 sizes up. They told me if it was too big they would comp all the bodice alterations. Dress came in, literally fell off of me if I didn’t hold it up. For employees to fat shame a bridal party and allow a Maid of Honor to leave the store in tears because of their rude comments is not acceptable. A bride’s wedding is suppose to be one of the happiest days of her life. This didn’t happen to me, but happened to a friend of a friend and the experience was shared to warn others of this terrible experience in your Louisville store. Not everyone is a size 4 and should not be shamed for it. Your employees need to be trained properly or replaced.

While I was visiting family my sis in law, got me a bridal appointment at David’s Bridal and I had an amazing stylist, Kendra who helped me find the perfect dress to marry my best friend! She made the experience memorable and fun! All the staff were friendly and made me feel special. Even during the Pandemic, I still got to experience the wedding dress shopping and Kendra made sure I was comfortable and made sure I found the dress! I was there for five hours! It was a blast and thank you so much Kendra!

Michele was absolutely fantastic!! I had an issue with my dress the day my brothers wedding. And not only did she fix it last minute, but she went above and beyond for me! Great customer service and very sweet lady 💕 Thank you again Michele ❤️

My friend and I both scheduled bridal appointments for Sunday, October 20, 2019 for 12-1:30PM. Immediately upon arrival, it was utter chaos in the store. We were asked if we would be okay with sharing a consultant or if we wanted individual consultants. Picking my dress out was a WONDERFUL experience. The alterations on the other hand, was a complete nightmare. When I picked out my dress, I originally wanted one with sleeves but there wasn't any because it wasn't really in style. I chose to add sleeves to the dress that I picked out. Scheduled my appointment, went, got measured, paid $250 and scheduled my pick up day. Thursday I went to pick up my dress and I couldn't even get the sleeves on my arms it was SO small! I had a horrible experience when searching for my dress here over the summer. Came in on a weekday morning and two sales associates were standing near the front chatting and no other customers in the store. I was not greeted by either lady. I browsed for 15 minutes and neither came over to me the entire time. I left to never return. Had a bad experience walking in the door also I will note it was on a Wed with a little over 3 hours before closing. Basically was informed from the time I asked to be measured to the time I mentioned the wedding date was Mar 2 that well, we should have already ordered a dress.
