Went in to find my daughter a prom dress and we was ignored .Im assuming because we are bigger females. Two associates stared at us as we was walking up and ran off . Ask one associate about a dress and she act liked she didnt have time to help us. Feel very discriminated against and it I was there for a teenager.
Was very disappointed again, 4 years ago, my oldest daughter brought her wedding dress here and had to have it altered,when went to pick it up it has shorter on one side. So thought things might have changed, but once again. I was wrong. My younger daughter went to pick up her dress after it was being altered once again one side shorter than the other, and was taken in on side terribly wrong, so once again had to leave it. This place is an absolute joke. I got married last year and used David's for my bridesmaids dresses. I had attempted them for my dress and my consultant was less than helpful, as her friend was there when during my appointment. I am in three more weddings coming up this year and every single time we have gone there it's been a problem. The only person that works there with any sense just got another job (wonder why?.) Horrible customer service today. It's a shame because I spent so much money here on my own wedding and never had an issue. I came in to order a bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding and the lady working the sign in desk was super rude! I was talking to another employee and the lady sitting down cut us off and said "what do you need, trying on prom dresses?" No I need to order a bridesmaid dress and don't remember the size. The customer service at this location is terrible. My $100+ veil came in missing several jewels. The associate told me to "go to joanns and buy some jewels and craft glue and fix it yourself". It took them an hour to order a new one for me which also came in damaged. When I went to get my dress altered, I had a terrible experience. My mother and I had to go back 4 DIFFERENT TIMES because the alterations were done incorrectly every time.
Unfortunately, it wasnt a great experience. Bride, mother of the bride & 5 attendents all found beautiful dresses. However, one of consultant's (not ours) was rude, arrogant and plain nasty and has no business being in that industry where it should have been a Happy, stress free experience. We did our best to keep it from the bride but it was very obvious to everyone around. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
They are awful, money guzzling people. My best friend is getting married and was going to use them for our bridesmaid dresses and decided same day she didn't want the dresses and cancelled the order. One of the girls accidentally ordered a dress from the previous order and they failed to inform her the bride had cancelled the order and still processed her payment and refused to be helpful towards her whatsoever and they wedding is under a month away and we have to find some magical way to get this other bridesmaid matching t... read more
There was really no point in making a appointment for this place because I did almost everything myself. My consultant was around for maybe 5 minutes and then we didn't see her agin until we were walking out of the store. Customer service goes a long way with me and I didn't feel very welcome here.
