Betsy was absolutely AMAZING. I went in on a Wednesday they weren’t busy at all. 5th dress i tried on was the one! Well i loved Betsy and my experience so much i made an appointment to take my bridesmaids in. My girls found a dress super easy. They told me i had plenty of time to order dresses. Well when time rolls around. My MOH called and they informed us we had like 6 hours to order the dresses or they wouldn’t arrive in time for the wedding. My experience yesterday was amazing!! Annie was extremely helpful and I found the dress of my dreams!! I loved how she asked questions about what i likes and what I didn’t like about the dresses i tried on and was very attentive! I would definitely recommend David’s and especially Annie!!

My aunt and I walked in around 10:30 on Saturday and not one person said good morning, hi or can I help you. We looked around for a bit and left. Rudest people ever. Also, not much of a selection, so I bought my dress online through David’s Bridal and it was cheaper. Rudeness is why people shop on line now days.

I scheduled an appointment for 6:30 pm this evening to receive some assistance finding a dress for my daughter's wedding. I arrived 15 minutes early and at 6:45 pm I was told I just needed to look around and when someone was available they would come assist. I booked an appointment, someone should have been available! At 6:55 pm., I left the store. Very disappointed. I found a dress at Dillard's for much less. Thanks for the poor service, I saved a bunch!

I have had the worse experience here from the beginning... and it just keeps getting worse! The lady with the accent is RUDE AND NEVER SMILES even when she greets you, and they can’t get the dresses logged in correctly..., one more dress to get in and altered and I hope I never have to do business with this establishment EVER AGAIN... this has been a nightmare

Back in October last year I was desperate to have my wedding cape from my wedding in (2000, bought from David’s Bridal) cleaned for my Daughters fall wedding. We had all forgotten about it. I called David’s on Bardstown Rd to see if they could help or recommend where to get it pressed. They said bring it in, and they would see if they could get to it. I had the worst experience at David's bridal on Bardstown rd I called before to see if they had the dress I was looking for and they said they had it in my size but the wrong color which was fine (also had a size up and a size down). I asked them if I needed a appt. they told me no only on the weekend. So I drove up to the Davids bridal on Bardstown rd and waited for 20 minutes to be signed in and had to wait longer for someone to help me. They guy who helped me deserves 5 stars he was pretty great. He was trying his best to find me what I wanted I even stayed past my appointment time and he was still willing to help. However they did not have a wide selection of wedding dress in my opinion.
