While we love the dress selection the service left something to be desired. Our appointment was for 12p and we arrived 15 minutes early and walked around. That was fine. We found the dresses but didn’t have a Consultant. Even durning my slotted time. She was in the Store was was focused on a Bride. Hello Bride here too. Yes I know I’m just getting bridal party but still i scheduled this months out.

Honestly do not even deserve one star. Customer service is awful. Employees with the exception of one are rude. The wait times are ridiculous, I mean why even make an appointment?!? When you ask about how much longer you are basically told to sit down, shut up, and they will get to ya when they get to ya.
Liked the employees but went there for their 99 sell, even went online to look at those dresses beforehand so I could be ahead of the game and now what want... Didn't work out that way at all. They didn't have a single one I wanted. If your okay with paying a lot of money for a dress go whenever but if your going just for that sell go the FIRST day as soon open. I ended up getting a dress there, and I love it but I much rather would have gotten the ones I picked out online. Had my heart set on them.

Firstly, I drove cross country from Arizona so that I would have the chance to go dress shopping with my sisters who live here. This was our ONLY chance to have this time together before the wedding. Pros: generally the staff were polite and accommodating. (to other brides, my consultant seemed lost, not sure of her store stock, and not really sure how to even get a dress on a person without ripping their breasts off) Cons: the selection was awful, every dress that I loved online was not in store. They were very unhelpful with the altering of the dress or positively helping with questions asked; and they didn't have the correct size for the order.
The receptionist was somewhat accommodating we showed up early. My granddaughter explained to the lady helping us what she wanted and she ended up with the dress she didn't want. That's where our experience started to go downhill fast. The lady that helped us with the bridesmaids dresses, I had to tell her to get up and go help the young ladies. They have very pretty dresses. However, my dress was ordered in the wrong size, which I don't realize til after my first alterations. I thought it was just a little tight and needed to be let out. Well I had my first alterations appointment a month before my wedding. I had to have it hemmed, it let out, hooks put in my straps, and the bust area fixed. The first time of picking it up. The lady that helped us was super friendly. Loved almost every dress she pulled off the racks for us. ��I definitely recommend them over bridal warehouse�
BEWARE of davids bridal on bardstown road that place is a joke inside and out (the store is disgusting). I wonder how many other bridesmaids and brides they've screwed over already. I guess they simply neglected to notify the ENTIRE bridal party that the dresses they picked would take 20 weeks to receive even after originally stating they can be ordered as late as may? What a nightmare! And they didn't even APOLOGIZE.
