It was a Saturday, the store was mobbed, but we had an appointment and only waited a few minutes until Jill introduced herself. She showed us all around the wedding dresses, and my daughter and I appreciated her easy going personality and sense of humor. The atmosphere was far more relaxed than that of other bridal salons we've visited. David's Bridal in my opinion only cares about making money, you dont take the time or make the extra effort to get to know what's going on with a bride, you give no discounts and you charge for everything. It's only because I really really needed a dress why I even bothered to sign on the dotted line.

My stylist was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the stylist appeared overbooked. Our appointment was at 5 for one hour. 20 minutes to six our stylist was nowhere to be found. After searching for her I went to the front desk to have her paged. She informed me that my appointment was over as she was helping another bride. I informed her that there was still 15 minutes left and I was looking for her prior. Although she was nice I found that to be very unprofessional. I do not think I will return to this davids bridal again.

The lady helped us find our dresses and gave us the proper information we needed. Told us that if we were to order it would take until a few months to come in.

My mother and I was greeted, with a smile, as soon as we walked in. The staff was able to accommodate us without an appointment even though we were there to try on dresses as the mother and sister of the groom.
