The selection of dresses were great. 2 of my bridesmaids were there to try on dresses. It was so disappointing to hear the store had a rule that all bridesmaids must share a dressing room, "you need 6 bridesmaids for each to have their own". That was absurd

I went to Davids Bridal because I love their dresses and because my friend had refer me to them since she bought her wedding dress from them and had a good experience. What I didn't like was the consultant that "took care" of us.. From the moment she approached us she already had an attitude problem, everything she said to us was with an attitude tone like she hated her job or she had to leave and we were keeping her from doing so. This location is severely understaffed. Your workers are overworked and don't have enough time to efficiently or successfully do their jobs. I'm concerned whether my dress will come in time or if it will be shipped to the correct address due to the associate being called on multiple times to help other customers while helping me. I feel bad for your employees and would not purchase from here again. I can only hope my dress arrives in time for the wedding. Please staff up and recognize your employees efforts.

My experience was wonderful--because of the expertise of my sales person --which made it more than memorable--unfortunately for me because my wedding is in St Lucia and needed a dress fast and you guys do not do inter-store transfer --I left without a dress--but still it was exciting

Came to David's Bridal on a Sunday so things were really busy. Nevetherless, we were met with warm welcomes and my consultant, Paul, was extremely helpful! He understood my style and look immediately and pulled some beautiful dresses! I had a blast trying everything!
