DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION. We went to David’s looking for bridesmaid dresses because I had bought my wedding dress at a different David’s and had an incredible experience. They were HORRIBLE for bridesmaids. The salesperson we were told was new was no help. I did all the work to look up and check availability on dresses. Selection of the bridesmaids dress styles were great but they kept pulling dresses that weren’t available in the colors I wanted. Loved a few but it was terrible finding out I can’t get them. Why hand out a booklet of available colors when hardly any in the same collection can coordinate? Also, it was mentioned numerous times that I wanted the girls to feel comfortable in whatever dress so they would be getting different styles but with coordinating lace tops. I’m am a bridesmaid in my brothers wedding and when we first went here to try on and find our dresses they whipped me around so much with dresses they had me try on like 8 and they couldn’t get any of them the ones they made me try on saying they could get, I finally found one the last one they had me try on and it wasn’t my favorite but it’s the only one they could get and then I went to pick it up today and they were all so rude the customer service is crappy and I’m not super happy with my dress either. UPDATE: Tammy the manager reached out to me and was very apologetic and understanding. She made a commitment to me that she would ensure the issues were addressed and take ownership of ensuring our needs were met. She let me know that if I was more comfortable dealing with her throughout the rest of the process she would be more than happy to be the one to assist us or be present to ensure our needs were being met. My daughter and I shopped for prom dresses here in Greenfield on Monday afternoon. The store was not busy but the staff was very unhelpful, talking to each other and not paying attention to the customers. Nobody offered to help us with dresses or checked to see how my daughter was doing in the fitting room. I had to seek out workers a few times just to ask basic questions. This is not my first time at this David’s Location. I actually purchased my wedding dress here and had an amazing experience. I did have a friend that recommend that I use the Brookfield location to get my bridesmaids dresses. I took her advice. I got 7 out of the 9 done at Brookfield. I love the wonderful service that I got at this store when I tried on dresses twice. My consultant Nicole was so helpful both times and extremely kind and professional. When I picked up my dress, even though it was close to closing time (which I hate when customers do that at my store), they still were professional and let me try on the dress to make sure it fit and it does! I want to give a big shout out to Tammy at the Greenfield, WI location.... You really let me down. I was verbally told by another associate that I could exchange a bridesmaids dress that I got stuck with (because the wedding was called off) for another dress. However, I was not informed of a deadline for that exchange.
