THEY LOST MY DRESS. Then, didn't have the gall to tell me. So, they pulled another one off the rack and tried to charge me for a garment bag THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE, WORST DRESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Worse place ever! Hemmed my dress wrong insisted my daughter never picked up her dress which we had for 2 months my future daughter in law comes in stained and torn
I am not a picky person, but the staff was rude. They did not have many dresses in bigger sizes, and when I asked to just slip on a smaller dress just to get an idea, I was told no, it won't fit you.. Terrible...
If you enjoy long lines, poor customer service, messed up orderes, and bad alterations..then this is the place for you! I should have taken everyone's advice and steered clear of this place. This has been a very unpleasant experience, totally unacceptable.
