Horrible experience here. I had previously had a couple good experiences at DB in Greenfield but recently went with a bride and we were treated terribly, not only by the staff but by the woman who later introduced herself as the store manager. Not the mention the selection for curvy girls was terrible. Went with a dress online and it was fabulous! Don’t waste you time here. I do hope that a member of the DB management team reaches out to me about our experience.

After making an appointment, I showed up with my mother to do some dress shopping. Luckily this was our last stop of the day because had this been my first experience in dress shopping I probably would have been in tears and not wanted to continue looking for a wedding dress. I wish I could give them negative stars. Everything about my experience was absolutely terrible. First while being fitted for dresses, my bridesmaids, who are not the same size typically, were measured. The woman then announces, "well, all of you are the same size except for you, you're two sizes bigger than everyone else," to one of my bridesmaids. We recently got bridesmaids dresses for a wedding on 9/30/2017. The dresses were beautiful when we tried them on in store, however, when we got the dresses pretty much all of the bridal party had the same issues. The zipper on our dress was CHEAP. One girl even got her zipper replaced before the wedding. Myself and 3 other bridesmaids had to use a pliers to get the zipper up on our dresses, not because they were too tight but because the quality of the zipper was so terrible. The first visit when I started looking at dresses was good, until the manager of this location kept butting in and taking over for the salesperson. She was doing a great job, until the manager came over. Then when it came time for my alterations and fittings, each time I came, I had a different person help me. This was frustrating because no one knew what happened at the last fitting. My first fitting after the alterations were done was very upsetting. First off when we had our bridesmaid appointment they didn't help us at all except to put the dresses in the rooms. All of the workers wereworking with three different groups at one time. So 3 of the 5. Bridesmaids went in, tried on the dress and paid for it. 2 of our girls didnt get to try it on. Well after we paid and we're told our sales were final we were told the dress only went up to a size 13!!! I went to the David's Bridal in Greenfield, WI and the experience left everything to be expected. Nicole, my consultant, seemed to be asking all of the right questions, but the dresses didn't reflect that. During the actual trying on part of the appointment, Nicole kept leaving to put dresses away. I ended up zipping my own dresses and just holding it behind me because no one was there to clip it for me. I have had the worst experience here. I hate Davids Bridal. I wouldn't refer the devil here. Everything about my experience was disgustingly horrible. Please read on....
