Picking out the dress was a little stressful but i finally had found "the dress" I told them I was on a budget anything from $100-$300 they helped the best they could. So i finally found a dress that was $300 but it needed alternating because it was loose. I honestly didnt expect to have that many visits to get all the alterations. Well anyways my dress came out to be $800 I was pissed cause i already had put in $500 and you dont get your money back, you get instore credit which is stupid. Our first time the to pick out a dress was a great experience. However today my future wife went in for the fitting and the experience was hell on wheels .Apparently the staff who took care of them all the braids maids and my lovely wife to be, was just a ASS . the undergarment was not fitted before they left so another trip is needed ( an i will not pay that over charged alteration fee!! 150 bucks really 700 for the dress was not enough,then 90 on each braides maid that is total BS

I was put in a room today by a young man to try on my purchased brides maid dress he put no name on the door and there apparently was no lock—workers opened the door twice with out knocking first while I was undressed and walked away without apology. My prior visit when I asked simple questions about my dress I received quick no for answers and no explanation given after the fact. If I could give negative stars I would. I am the bride, and I had an appointment, yet throughout my time there I felt extremely rushed. The person who was helping me sighed every time I asked for a different dress or different belt to go with the dress, and overall didn’t seem like she cared, which is a huge disappointment when you’re excited to go dress shopping for your big day. This was the worst experience. I am the mother of the bride, and I have never met more rude staff in my life. We had a $3,000 budget for a bridal gown and were rushed and treated poorly. Other girls had a “bellringing” when they chose their dresses, my daughter left feeling discouraged. No help offered, and rude beyond belief. And yes, we did have an appointment. From the phone staff to the on-the floor staff was the rudest I have ever experienced. Left totally discouraged. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

So I had every bride's worst nightmare happen to me yesterday... I found the perfect dress at David's Bridal Grewnfield and decided to get it altered with a seamstress my sister in law used for her wedding gown. Long story short... My beautiful Jewel Vintage Rose a-line dress with a BEAUTIFUL lace hem is RUINED because she cut the lace in half. Queue my fiancé and multiple bridesmaids freaking out over the whole thing. The consultant did not really help me at all. She was more concentrated on the others. My sister and my best friend had to help me make sure i feel like a queen! NEED NEW WORKERS!
