My sister ordered my nieces dresses over the phone. She provided card info as well. The next day her card was charged for a tv and Xbox through Walmart. Better yet, the order was to be delivered to a store in Milwaukee. There is no proof that the associate took my sisters card info for her own use. But it is very suspicious!

Went to pick up my dress from alterations first they could not find it then when she did it was not ready was told to come back three days later when I came back my dress was missing beads and the train was dirty. Was told they would work on it went to other stores came back when I put on the dress alterations was done but you could not tell was asked who pinned me and was to they was new was told to come back before the store close waiting to see what else is wrong

I will never recommend them. I paid to much for alterations because they could not get it right.

My first time there they lost my original dress so I picked out another one that I loved been there 3 times for alterations the first time waited 30 min after my appointment the second time to try on dress they altered every body in alterations went home for night so lady at customer service had to help me but was very nice but just to find out only one side of my dress was cut had to wait 2 weeks for set up with alterations person to find out they almost lost my dress and still haven't finished it so have to go there again ... read more

I have 10 bridesmaids ordering dresses from David's Bridal and at our appointment (Nicole) measured my girls and said they could just call to order their dresses when ready. Well when it came time to order the dresses my bridesmaids called and were told they have to come back in and get measured AGAIN because the measurements the 1st time meant nothing?! Staff (Michelle) was very rude, unenthusiastic, rushed the process, didn't listen to suggestions, made the bride feel uncomfortable, and glared/rolled eyes at us when we tried to give better ideas. Not to mention that they had the wrong name and fitting room set up for the bride and they didn't realize until 10 minutes later of us sitting around. If you don't like your job you shouldn't give terrible customer service and make it a bad experience for everyone involved.
