My fiancés tailoring for her dress was cancelled less than 24 hours before her appointment. We live out of state and cannot reschedule. When inquiring about it, we were just told that they were double booked. Now my fiancé is here in tears wondering how we will go about tailoring a dress that we bought from this place. I would recommend finding another business that will actually help their customers. Very disappointing.

*UPDATE* *Cory from Corporate was able to resolve the problem after contacting the Novi store manager. She was kind, treated me like a customer, and actually listened to the issue rather than brushing me off and treating me like nothing like Jenna did* Beware that if you order an item from David’s Bridal in store and ship to store, you have 7 days to “return” the item even if the item has not physically arrived for pick up to get your refund. this is the worse place to go! run like you got cold feet from here!! from day one of going in it was NOTHING but a nightmare! had an appointment for myself and my maid of honor went in to try on dresses, got checked in BOTH of us. showed the lady the style I was looking for. she pulled a few dresses NOTHING came even close to what I was showing her. 10/15 mins go by and poof she was gone...and never returned to help me find a dress. she was off with another client even though I had an HR booking with her. when we said my m... read more

Poorest customer service.... they do not want to attend to you if you are not spending an insane amount of money .... no dresses in store to try on in sizes and when the dress does come in they will not get you in for an alteration unless you can pay an extra fee (because they are booked). WOW! They take the 1st PRIZE FOR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Beware when ordering bridesmaid dresses. In our party of 5 girls, one was given the wrong dress. When I took it back into the store, they told me they couldn’t get me the correct one in time for the wedding. In store they told me to contact corporate, when contacting corporate, they tell you it needs to be handled in store. Now 10 days before the wedding, I have the incorrect dress. The store manager told me there’s nothing she can do because the dresses are made in Sri Lanka. She said it happens sometimes, don’t let it happ... read more

Let’s just say I was in and out within 20 min. I did NOT feel welcome and important here. I felt as if I was an inconvenience. The lady helping me didn’t even help. My mom had to help me figure out how to put on dresses. She would disappear to help other people and come back telling me I like the dress even though I didn’t. It was as if she was just meeting her quota on amount of dresses sold and if I didn’t like something she made it known it was an inconvenience to HER. I got my dress at the beginning of 2020. Right before COVID. All my bridesmaids have gotten their dresses from here too. The girl who helped me with my dress was great. I had spoken with David's Bridal about exchanging my dress because due to the COVID postponement I had lost more weight and my dress is now much bigger (possibly bigger than they can take in).
