Alright, so I had my first bridal appointment here. First off, they double booked me so the consultant was bouncing between me and another bride. The consultant was not at all knowledgeable about anything bridal, and I didn’t know much either, as I went in with an open mind & it’s my first time getting married. What a horrible experience! Where to start? This was my first time trying on dresses for my wedding. The vision I had in mind would be laughter, fun and pure joy. My first Bridal experience with David's Bridal - Novi , MI (0279) was chaotic, disorganized, and frustrating. I booked my 3p 90 min appointment online 2/16/19; after creating a DB profile, selecting ‘Favorites’ for my Bridal Party dress styles, and speaking with Duncan to confirm details for my appointment. We had to go to two different David’s bridal to feel like we weren’t a burden. After finding the right bridesmaids dresses for the girls in my wedding we have had multiple issues. They ordered the wrong dress, for everyone, setting us back in time over a month. One bridesmaid received her dress in the mail and the clasp is broken. Costumer service was not helpful and they promised discounts for all bridesmaids and only one has gotten money back and that’s because she was forced to come back in to fix their mistake before the... read more

The first Davids bridal we went to was terrible costumer service and we had to set up a different appointment at a different Davids bridal(Novi). Ordered my dress the day of the fitting, it was ordered as the wrong dress making us wait another month longer to get the right dress. I just received my correct dress with the clasp in the back broken. Called to speak with someone and they could do nothing for me unless I were to come back which isn’t an option for me at this time. Very unsatisfied and will not be back.

My future daughter in law went to pick up her wedding dress and the bag that was given to her was piece of cheap plastic that didn't even cover her dress, Let alone protect it from the environment. She asked to get a garment bag and to our surprise she was charged for it. It was not disclosed to her when she purchased it there is a fee. It was only 11.00 dollars but, its the principal of the matter. This is very cheap and petty when you are spending big bucks on your dream gown and hope it doesn't get dirty or damaged.
