Absolutely the worst experience in a bridal shop I have ever had! Not just once but twice! I gave them a second chance and have never been treated so rude in my life! When a member of my party tried to politely voice concerns that we had she literally closed the door in her face. Not to mention the fact that she works in a dress shop, take a shower for crying out loud. Customers come there to spend hundreds of dollars on dresses they shouldn’t have to deal with body odor. I will NEVER go to this location again!

I've purchased 2 wedding dresses here. The service when I was shopping the first time was great. But maybe that's because I purchased the 1st gown during off season...I was treated like a child, and was completely ignored the 2nd time. I had to awkwardly step out of the dressing room half dressed because my consultant was clearly busy working up another girl. I was then STILL ignored, and had to have my bridesmaid help me. They train these salespeople all wrong man.

Horrible customer service is an understatement!! No one has a clue as to what's going on. Bought a dress there in full and they inform me 6 weeks later it's no longer available!! What!?!?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I am a bride getting married in October and my bridesmaids are in the process of ordering dresses through David's bridal. My sister found a dress but only a store in Canada had her size. So we TRIPLE checked both with the store in Canada and again with the store in Novi that if needed we could exchange it for a different dress in the US. I can took my Daughter , Nikki we really enjoyed looking at all the gowns , we were able to look at all of them , she tried on so many, and I was so happy that she found her Wedding Dress, they were pretty busy , lots of wedding coming up this summer, but they could have offered us water after awhile it got stuffy,
