Terrible customer service, rude and mean personnel. Very unprofessional!! Don't waste your time going to Davids Bridal Novi.

Horrible customer service is an understatement!! No one has a clue as to what's going on. Bought a dress there in full and they inform me 6 weeks later it's no longer available!! What!?!?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I am a bride getting married in October and my bridesmaids are in the process of ordering dresses through David's bridal. My sister found a dress but only a store in Canada had her size. So we TRIPLE checked both with the store in Canada and again with the store in Novi that if needed we could exchange it for a different dress in the US. Time comes, we call AGAIN this morning and the Novi store AGAIN said this was possible. So we drove all the way there only for them to tell us Karen was unaware ... read more

I can took my Daughter , Nikki we really enjoyed looking at all the gowns , we were able to look at all of them , she tried on so many, and I was so happy that she found her Wedding Dress, they were pretty busy , lots of wedding coming up this summer, but they could have offered us water after awhile it got stuffy,

Massive multiple screw ups of a friend's wedding dress. It still isnt done with less than 5 days to go before she gets married. I will not be getting my dress from here for my wedding, and nobody else will either if they know what's best.

I was disappointed in the associate I spoke to today Jenna at the Novi store. I found a sandal my daughter loved The gemma online. I was ready to order it but I decided to call the store to see if it was available to save myself Shipping and handling charges. I was told by Jenna that the shoe was unavailable in store or online.. I told her I was in the ordering process online and that it is available . She was very rude and told me it was not and in fact it was sold out store wide. She couldn't wait to get rid of me. Wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. This was about my girl and the chick helping us went to another bride. Had fun but still wouldn't intent on giving them my money.... since I paid $1400 for my dress and they gave it to me in a plastic bag a year early!
