My dress is a soft white color and my sash came in bright white - mind you, David's Bridal customer service helped me order both after my appointment to find my dress. So, either the sash was ordered in the wrong color or the dress was ordered in the wrong color. I called to see what my options were because I cannot have a florescent white sash against a soft white dress. The customer service rep on the phone said they will not let me exchange my sash because it has been "over 30 days" and gave me no other options but to buy... read more

The important thing was that I had a good ENDING to my experience. I came prepared with about 6 dresses that I wanted to try on-the store had NONE of them. All of which said "in store" on the website. The dresses then brought to me were nothing like what I wanted to try...I was so upset I cried. Finally-they found one of the dresses I wanted to try on in the returns-and that is the one I bought. My sisters were going to look at dresses too-they measured them but never told them their size so they will be purchasing dresses... read more

I made an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. While the selection was good, customer service was not stellar. Lisa was a little slow. I had to go and get her from the front desk where she was talking with other employees to get her to come back to the dressing room to take care of my girls... clip the dresses tighter, answer questions, etc. towards the end we didn't know if the appointment had ended and if she had recorded what we liked because she was too busy taking care of somebody else.

Very rude. We had an appointment for bridesmaids dresses. We saw our consultant for a total of 5 minutes before she left to help someone else and never return. We were trying on dresses blind not knowing what styles were available in certain sizes and color. A lady just kept on watching us and making rude comments instead of offering to help. Not sure why they even have you make an appointment ahead of time seeing how the only thing the "consultant" did was show us to our room and not once offered any help or to see how we were doing. There were several employees on the floor and the place didn't seem too busy either. When we walked in we were greeted and asked to sign in then were told to browse. Very disappointed in this location. I'm in the beginning stages of wedding dress shopping (so excited!), but unfortunately felt "pushed to the side" by these employees not once, but twice. First, I went with my mom on a Wednesday. We walked in & were greeted by the front desk employee. After 2 terrible appointments at the Flint location, the Novi store was a breath of fresh air. The store was beautiful and Neisha helped our Bride ring that bell! Thank you for everything Miss Neisha - you rock!

On 2/5/17 we had an appointment for 12:30 for the bridesmaids to try on dresses. Our consultant didn't come until it was nearly an hour after when it was suppose to start. She then told us that she had been looking for us for a long time when we had been standing at the front of the store the whole time. Next we went to the back and they told us we could only use four chairs and one dressing room... There were six bridesmaids, the bride and the two mothers.
