Be warned... go somewhere else. I had 2 appointments scheduled for today (bridal party and bridal). They were confirm on Friday and when we arrived, they had them set up for the wrong service. The store manager was of no help and would not fix their error - simply blamed their incompetence on Covid restrictions. With their lack of customer service, I would not trust them to get my dress/bridal party purchases correct. I wouldn't reccomend this store even if it was the last bridal store on earth!!! I purchased my wedding dress in February and my final fitting was scheduled for May 22, 2020. I was EMAILED a week before my appointment and they cancelled my appointment due to COVID. My bridesmaids never received any updates about their dresses and they were shipped a week after my wedding 6/20/20. The manager Jenna has no compassion and is very rude. Don’t buy from this location. They don’t do returns when they cancelled alterations due to COVID. And your wedding is over! Shame on you trying to give people store credits like people shop at David’s for every day life needs! The Wedding would be the only reason! I scheduled two appointments yesterday. One for the bride & one for bridesmaids. They took care of the bride & then told the bridesmaid unfortunately they ran over so they couldn't accommodate the bridesmaids. How is that even possible when we had an appointment & drove 30 minutes to be there? So unprofessional! I get you got the sale of the bride & obviously that's all that matters!!!

Alright, so I had my first bridal appointment here. First off, they double booked me so the consultant was bouncing between me and another bride. The consultant was not at all knowledgeable about anything bridal, and I didn’t know much either, as I went in with an open mind & it’s my first time getting married.
