I realize I didn’t have an appointment but literally no employees spoke to me or my family. Nobody greeted us. Nobody offered to help even though employees were walking around putting dresses away. Check out lady didn’t say hi or greet us.

My sister was planning her wedding last year for her summer wedding. She met with associates here twice before her bridesmaids individually went to try on and pay for their dresses. At the second meet up she had, she changed her choice of color for the bridesmaids dresses. She stressed that they make sure all dresses ordered would be in the second and final color she chose. The worst alteration ever. I had to use safety pins and stuff my bra. I would go to a private seamstress.

If you're not a bride with an appointment, don't bother. I walked in to find a dress for a work gala and was directed to the clearance rack. Not sure what screamed "IM BROKE" to the person working.. but poor assumption. I was handed off to Nicole who pulled two long dresses after I said I prefer short. After that she disappeared! I pulled the rest of the dresses myself. When I went to find Nicole to get into my room, she asked if someone else could help me as she "had a bride" that came in. In beginning my (oakdale) experience was great. Even though all the dresses i really loved online only one of them was available at the store. I didn't get tour around store. I had to pick the best dress out of what was in store. Not much to choose from. I think other locations might have more to chose from. Rep helped with trying dress on - she was helpful. Picked dress. Once the dress was purchased than it seemed like customer service went downhill. The store was suppose to schedule a alteration appointment. Go to store th... read more
