My daughter made an appt to find a prom dress at your Oakdale store 3 weeks ago. She decided to go to prom and was already finding dresses she liked on your website. I don’t even know where to begin with his horrific experience. I am a bride getting married in September and this is supposed to be the most exciting time of my life. I wish I didn’t even have to give this store one star, I’m in the wedding business and would NEVER treat my brides like this. They were great, until we purchased the product and then they screwed up the orders of bridesmaids dresses, treated the bride with disrespect and still have not returned my call on the complaint. Very disappointed with this location. I worked for Davids for many years and never thought to discriminate people and that’s what they did to my family on Sunday. My aunt experienced a bridal nightmare. The women were very unprofessional and rude. I then spoke with a manager (Holly) and she didn’t once apologize for the horrid experience. We went shopping for a formal dress & the signage listed a sale price but the store would not honor it. They are looking into honoring it through corporate office... will come back here in next few days to reassess this posting!

Walked in with four screenshots of dresses for the mother of the bride off of David Bridals website. The designer consair pulled those as well as a few additional styles after listening to the venue’s formality to determine and assist as to the level of design appropriate for the reception. 😊 Walked out with a dress and shoes in less than an hour with zero alterations needed. 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Right from the get go I had a bad feeling. The girl taking my appointment seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and gave off a vibe that I was irritating her by being there. Then when I showed back up for my appointment about an hour later the consultant wouldn't listen to a word I had to say.
