Kept sending me appointment reminders for appointments I never made. Couldn't find my mom's outfit that was ready to be picked up. they told me it was damaged even, though it was fine 3 days before. then told me it will take over a month to get a new one. I smell some BS! Alterations are outrageously priced. I will not be going back once I get my dress back. Went with my daughter (bride),&as soon as you walk in,BOOM,you can't get any farther, literally, w/out questions & sign in ...we just wanted to look around. .. Eventually my daughter got frustrated after she was put into a fitting room,&shown 2 dresses, Totally not her style OR price range,& mgr . stepped in &let us shop on our own& just reminded us not to grab dress ourselves, we were fine with that. .within 8 min.,we found the dress.. This so called establishment, shamed a very dear friend of mine as she picked up her wedding dress. They made rude comments about her body image. Shame on you David's Bridal. Time for an attorney to step in.
Because you treated my daughter very badly Before you judge people think twice before you say something
I didn't even want to give David's Bridal one star. They had refunded my dress without my permission and had put my money back into someone else's account. It has been over a month and I'm still trying to rectify the situation. They are being very unprofessional and they never return my phone calls and I'm currently out $154 and I have no dress. Their professionalism is below par and I hope to never have to work with this company again.
Went there to order my bridesmaids dress and I tried on a dress in my size but wanted a different dress so the lady that was helping us I thought understand that but Nope I was wrong...... She ordered me the dress I tried on not the dress I wanted!!! So not they have to reorder my dress and the wedding is may 21st and my dress won't be in until may 15th and I still have to get alterations!!!! Ugh!!!!
If I could use negative stars I would. Worst wedding nightmare ever.
