I was super disappointed in the way my friend (the bride) was treated during her appointment. The workers told us to pick dresses for her (which we all did) so she could try different styles. Instead of having her try on the ones we picked. One of the ladies that were working with us complelty took over. She grabbed WAY over priced dresses and ones she wouldn't wear. They were willing to take me as a walk in but completely lost interest when I didn't find what I wanted. When I said I would like to come back another day the girl literally walked away and never came back.

I LOVED the dress I tried on�...It fit my body great and made me feel good. And I was finding myself actually excited to wear a bridesmaids dress. �which I didn't think could happen after being in 5 other weddings and hating all the dresses I had been forced to wear. � The lady who helped me try on the dress was very nice, but she insisted I needed the next size up. � Which made me feel horrible. You should have your management at this store review policies and procedures. As an ex employee of this store with history in management I am disgusted at how you currently treat your customers. In the grey zone guidelines if the customer does not have their merchandise physically in the inventory YOU MUST refund 100% to the customer if they change their mind or have an issue with their purchase. I did not receive enough personalized attention even though I made an appointment. I probably could've tried on 10 more dresses during my appointment if someone was actively helping me. They switched consultants halfway through my appointment but my second consultant was much better because she was attentive to my needs
