I scheduled an appointment and was 10min early. I wasn't helped until 15 min after my appointment time. The staff member who was assigned to me could not meet my needs. I needed a white special occasions dress and the dress I was interested in was a bridal look. I was reassigned to another staff member. However she was helping a bride and didn't have much time for me. I understood, I was dumped on her in the middle of appointments that were already on her schedule. they cheated us out of our money , 1st time they gave her a floor sample dress , we returned it & ask for what we paid for , supposedly they ordered a new one but gave my daughter a damage dress & couldn't get a new dress in time for her wedding 😡

I had an appointment for 1 PM, I was not attended to until 1:20PM. I was not happy about being made to wait for 20 minutes when I had made my appointment months ahead of time. The dress I purchased from David’s Bridal needed some alterations, the alterations are very pricey, excessive in my opinion. The alterations are costing me more than what I paid for the dress...! Overall not delighted with David’s Bridal...

Purchased dress May 16th. I have been down( an hour away from home) 5x since and still have no dress and will never have the dress because it was damaged by alterations department. Have yet to have a resolution or refund and no contact from corporate for over a week!! Do NOT waste your time or money!!!

The store was way overbooked ! All of the girls in the bridesmaids party had their fitting in a back corner and in the hallway by the bathrooms! It was as not a good experience for the bride or anyone else in her party! 🙁

We went in to look at bridesmaid dresses and they sales associate pulled the dresses we had in mind and only came back one other time to check on us. We pulled belts and shoes and accessories by ourselves.

I drove over 1 hour to your store to see the HUGE selection of dresses for $99 you showed online; however when I got there, luckily I found only TWO ugly gowns all torn, dirty and in horrible conditions. The seller explained to me that you guys offer stuffs online that most of the time none of the stores carry and she told me that the dress I was looking for was available in Puerto Rico, but size 16... really? I'm in California and I'm size 2. Totally false advertisement! I would never visit your store again.
