Over crowded. Not enough seating to accommodate. No water or champagne served to bride while she shopped. Restroom was disgusting and smelly. Soap dispenser in the restroom was taken off the wall, no soap to wash your hands.

I forgot our lady's name but she was AMAZING!! All the people were too. Super busy but it felt like we were only ones there because she was so attentive

The first woman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. I believe her name was Jennifer. I will say they seem a little pushy like hurry up and find a damn dress. But she was good at her job. I had to leave and come back to purchase, wanted to bring my sister and mom. The second lady that helped me, seemed like she didn't know how to do her job. Aparte de estarme tratando vestidos trate unos Velos Y la persona que supuestamente me estava atendiendo me quita el velo, para que lo usara otra persona, me senti tan mal, y nunca lo devolvieron. Creo que deverian tener mas jente competente porque David Bridal Es una compañia international Estoy pensando en ablar para la xompañia y recojer nuestro dinero Que trizte. We will never go back or refer anyone to go. As soon as they found out that we were L.D.S. They didn't want anything to do with us. The employee just walked away from us with no explanation.
I'm upset, picked up my dress this evening. I thought it was a little soon. Ordered on 9/11, I was told it wouldn't be in until 10/24. I wasn't feeling good, so I just picked up and went home. Took off the plastic and to my surprise, there is white deodorant stains on both sides! This dress has definitely been worn and not by me! Im returning this dress and I would like my dress to be ordered like it is supposed to be. Shame on Davids Bridal for trying to pass off a used dress as new.
