This place is the absolute worst place to look for a wedding dress, or bridesmaids dress. In January I went in to order a bridesmaids dress for my daughter to wear in a relatives wedding. There were problems getting that dress in on time, even though we went on with more than enough time. June 16th I went in for my appointment to look for a wedding dress, after waiting 32 minutes just to finally talk to someone, we were able to get a few dresses tried on. Horrible place to order from. The week of my wedding, my Mother's dress was not ready. It was ordered about 5 months in advanced and it still wasn't ready. I did receive it a few days before. Also, one of my Bridesmaids dress was ripped. There was no communication from this company about when the dresses were ready for pick up. My sister-in-law bought her dress new and when she got it home and tried it on there were beads and lace falling off of her dress. So we went in to order her a new dress and ask about a sale that we saw on our bridesmaids dresses online and they told us that the listing of our dresses as a part of the sale was a mistake on their website. We asked (since we showed them the screenshot of our dresses listed as part of the sale) if they would honor and they said no. Had an appointment, my stylist was pulled away 5 minutes later never saw her again & no one else would help.
Tried on 5 dresses in the Ontario CA store, liked them all.. Was told they would be saved in my favorites. Nope, not done. Found 3 dresses I liked on the web page. ALL THREE ARE ONLY AVAIL ONLINE BUT UNAVAILABLE IN ANY SIZE OR COLOR! Why the heck are they on the page but you can't get them. Not thinking I'll buy from them.... !
