Went in to pick a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. Sales associate was helpful, and helped us pick a dress that fit well for the occasion. Placed my order and PAID IN FULL. A few weeks later on a Saturday, I get a call saying that my dress had come in and that I had 7 days to pick it up. They say first impressions are everything, that being said we drove 45 from Hesperia to Ontario so my pregnant daughter and I needed to use the restrooms. The restrooms were filthy the toilets disgusting and no soap in one of the two restrooms and it was 10:30 am. Everyone was friendly and I was extremely pleased at having a great deal of dresses in my size. However other brides who purchased a dress rang a bell 🔔 when the said yes to there dress. My friend had the worst experience at the Ontarto store...First we were a bit early for her appt n still had to wait for the person who was to helping us...Secondly after the appt was over and getting ready to purchase the dress we were told it wasn't in her budget...How in the hell do you know what's in her pocket...She was told to come back for alterations and plus there would be a charge of 75.00 for alterations...Thank God no alterations was needed...They tell you one thing and then change the cost...Again had to wait...... read more

Too expensive and none off the dresses were under 200-300.00 as shown on fb or tv or the radio the dresses that were given to me to try on looked as if i was from the 40"s and attending a funeral overall the girl wouldn't measure me i asked several times

Customer service is everything. Felt unimportant with little to no help from staff.

I purchase my mother of the bride dress here. I ordered it and it came in early. When I picked up my dress, I just looked to see if it was the correct dress & size. Shame on me to trust that they would of given me the new dress that I ordered but no you gave me the sample dress that many women have tried on with snags on it. I had no choice but to wear it. The employee that did this has absolutely no integrity and you who you are.

They are busy and seem short of staff. Everything felt so rushed. For the alteration appointment, I arrived a half hour early and waited over an hour to get alterations. The seamstress was good but constantly interrupted and had to excuse her self to assist others during my appointment. I was there for over two hours to alter one wedding dress.

Way way way too packed. They have to work on their organization on weekends, my family and I felt overwhelmed. Other than that it was okay
