I love my Consultant Natalie. She makes me feel like I am the only person she's working with, although I know she has others scheduled. She isn't pushy, but very supportive.

All you engaged brides out there... Don't go to this David's bridal!!! Their customer service is horrible!!! They ignored me for two phone calls when I was right in front of them just waiting to get my bag replaced it only took 2 min to replace but they had me waiting 15-20min . Even to pick up my items they had me waiting an unreasonable time... When I was shopping for shoes there, they said they'd send someone to help but I waited 30-40 min and had to track em down I'm so done with this place!!!

We had a terrible experience today at the Ontario store. We had an appointment and they made us wait 30 minutes. The only reason we were helped is because I went up there to ask. Then the sales her looked and acted like sh was on drugs. She insulted me and didn't offer a chair for the bride. We had to stand and the bride found her own chair. We knew which dress we wanted, there were three. She brought us five dresses, three were the same dress. They never stayed on budget. Than when the alterations were being done the seamstress was rude and never went over prices. So the dress was way over budget none of the sales or seamstress was nice. Changes need to be made. Didn't make it a fun experience for the . very disappointed.

They may have some cute dresses, but what condition they come in isn't so cute when you pay almost a thousand dollars for a dress. And the "manager" was the absolute worst.
