We went in on September 10th to find brides maid dresses for my daughters wedding we had an appointment. The sales lady was basically no help. We had to find dresses for everybody ourselves, as our sales lady was nowhere to be found until we were told our hour was up and we needed to get measured, so everybody received their dresses, one girls didn’t fit because the sales lady said oh all the girls look about the same size, but she did measure everybody and We left. Went and tried on wedding dresses and found something simple. I wear a size 14 in dresses but a size 18 was ordered by the attendant. Ordered 3 more dresses for the bridesmaids online. Only 3 dresses came in in August. The last dress I got emails about the possibility of not getting it in time for the wedding. Finally got the last dress in late - thank god it needed no alterations! This is and was by far the worst experience of my life. Customer service is awful. Two dresses ordered and still the sizing is off. They don’t see to want to help you at all. Stay away from this location at all cost!!! Absolutely awful!! I left there in tears and no one cared. I will write a review everywhere about this god awful experience!!!!

I’m disappointed that a nearly $200 dress has multiple defects even though it was ordered straight from the manufacturer instead of taking what was on the rack. I’m having to pay additional money for a seamstress to fix these problems. I would’ve returned the dress except I won’t have it on time for the wedding. Definitely far overpriced for the quality.

Today at David’s Bridal Orlando (Mall at Milennia) we had a horrible experience. After spending almost two hours with our consultant Jessica (who was great) we were unkindly greeted by Stephanie who is the floor manager. Long story short: my sister and I went to a bridal expo in Tampa on March 3. We made these David’s Bridal bridesmaid appointments because they were offering the $20 off. So disappointed!!!! I ordered my wedding shoes almost 3 weeks ago which they never bothered to let me know that they canceled my order.
