I went into this location yesterday with my mother and future MIL to look for my dress. We came in significantly earlier than our scheduled appointment due to finishing up at another shop early and they managed to "squeeze" us in. The shop was busy and the person they assigned to me was a flustered mess. She pulled a few dresses I was interested in and practically threw them at my mom and said she could help me get them on. The staff is unhelpful and only cares about commissions. I will never go here again for any reason and am very upset that I have them so much revenue between alterations, wedding gown and bridesmaids. They don't deserve it. The pin holding fabric together that was found when I got home from alterations was the last straw.

We had a terrible experience at David's Bridal (Millenia, Orlando) on Monday December 26, 2016. My youngest sister is getting married in September 2017 and she wanted to purchase her wedding dress at David's Bridal. She lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her fiancee and the rest of us live in various parts of Florida. We are only really all together once a year, usually (as was the case this year) for Christmas. Walking in was NOT a good experience at all!! I had a 1 o'clock appt. When I get there, I was NOT greeted. Then got in line to get attended too. While waiting, other ppl walks in, and they get greeted and when the front desk was done helping the ppl that were in front of me, she then turns to them and says "hello, how can I help you." I did not like the millennia location even with an appointment I didn't receive any help we picked the dresses we put ourselves in a room we did everything and the lady made it seem like well we're about to close so we don't have the time but than why allow me to make an appointment that late like it was just annoying so I left with no help and no dress

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service, unprofessional and rude. Cheap material and over priced. Stay away

Just had the most unpleasant most disappointing experience today at this facility. So, unprofessional. I got out of work early just to drive 1 hr to have alterations done on a dress and never got it done. Because, an employee did not give me the right information. (Mind you, I had an appointment somewhere else in Kissimmee to get this done and canceled because I thought this place was going to be better) little did I know it was not!!!!. Spoke to 2 managers and none helped me out or try to even take action for my time waste... read more
