We just purchased a wedding dress for my sisters wedding on Sat and the dress is stained. it has make up stains and they have no time to fix it.

I had tried on several dresses at the altamonte store, but they only had a size 6 dress (I wear a 14) of the one I loved. Through no help from the associates, my bridesmaid tracked down my dress at the millennia store in a size 6 and an 18W. We told them to hold the 18W and I would be by to try it on, as well as shopping for my bridesmaid dresses. They messed up one of my Grandaughter's bridesmaid dresses....wrong size 2x and want to charge her for alterations. The dress fit in the store perfectly except she wanted it floor length. The replacement dress was too big the shoulders and too tight at waist. Sent back 2 replacement dress way too big in bodice. Charges if she decides she wants alterations $150. Something is wrong with this picture.

Madi provided great customer service and was very helpful. There was at least one style of bridesmaids dress I wanted my girls to try on that was not available which was very frustrating. Definitely not enough short style dresses for a location in central Florida.

Drive an hour ten minutes to this shop. Basically waited on ourselves because our sales associate walked off. When my daughter found her dress the store associate ripped it while removing the security device. So we order the dress to come into the store. They decided just to send it to our home. It came in a rolled up in a T-shirt bag. When I called the store the manager acted like she was doing me a favor by offering to steam hello 180 dollar dress not a t-shirt. Terrible experience the people were very rude and after calling to see if they had the dresses I wanted my bridesmaids to try on they did not have 2 of them. I bought my wedding dress at David's bridal in palm bay and they are very friendly and super helpful I have decided to take my money back to them!

Where do I even begin...... So I show up there and I have an appointment for myself the bride & then immediately after an appointment for my bridesmaids . So I try on a few dresses and find "the one" of course the dress is too large so I am "clipped" into the dress. The woman never takes any measurements on me which I thought was weird but hey this isn't my forte. I am 5'9. We also discussed ordering me a size 16 dress. I get my dress in and it is a 14.... Great service..... however i was in a desperate situation and needed to purchase a dress right away. I knew the ones available to try on and buy would have been tried on by many. It was dirty on the inside around the neck and had two small thread picks on the skirt. And just 10% off. That was not good enough in my opinion. Somehow i feel taken advantage of. Sorry.

I got to davids bridal and checked in. After I checked in for my appointment it took a good 15 min until someone came to help us. I actually had to ask. I had to look for my own dresses. The lady helping me was preoccupied with someone else and I had to keep looking for her. It was an awful experience
