Horrible costumer service! If your plus size don’t plan on this place at all! I tried to give it a second chance and it was absolutely horrible! I never ever give bad reviews but here it is!!

As a former employee I could go on for days about my own experiences with the hostile work environment. But to hear that another employee has been taken advantage of for months, verbally abused, and then physically assaulted when trying to leave the premises upon self termination. I'll never understand how this store remains open
They are a complete JOKE! Had an appointment with 4 of my bridesmaids back in January. Never had a stylist and was pushed aside to girls that were ordering prom dresses. I should have walked out then. But we didn’t. After 2 hours, we found a dress. 7 MONTHS LATER, my bridesmaid finally got her dress and it was the WRONG STYLE!! Because the employee entered in the wrong number. For my bridesmaids to get the right dress in her size, the dress would not get here till 7days before my wedding. Absolutely NO help from consultants. Don’t really understand the purpose of an appointment if nobody is going to assist the customer!!!! We had 5 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls needing assistance. Bought dresses but I wouldn’t ever do that again. Left in tears
