I found my dress, and I am in LOVE!! But the same day we picked out bridesmaids dresses. It was a rose gold metallic lace dress and they had the option of 4 necklines in the same dress so i let my bridesmaids pick any of the 4. They assured me it would be in the system and even put the matching $80 junior bridesmaids dress in with my name so when they came in to order it would be on file. My experience is pretty great for my wedding dress the prices was reasonable but when I brought my bridesmaids back to try on theirs it seemed like the women here wasn't too sure of their inventory on dresses I would love to keep coming back I just think you should work on your information

Was there with the bride, bridesmaids and jr, bridesmaid's to look for the bridesmaid dresses. The appointment was made a month ago. Most of our party traveled more than a hour, took time off work or altered there schedule to make this appointment. Apparently they double booked our attendant. And because we were just looking for bridesmaid dresses we were stuck in a corner and basically left to attend to ourselves. I'm very unhappy with the service we received today at the David's Bridal in Peoria, IL. We were treated very rudely, ignored, placed in a corner, and forgotten about. We made an appointment a month ago to try on bridesmaid dresses. However, when we got there, our attendant "KT", had been double booked. We had made this appointment, confirmation #VRP47W8C, a month prior, and each of the bridesmaids, the bride and the mother of the bride worked hard to get days off so we could make this appointment happen. I was very excited to book my appointment here. When I booked, I was told to go online and star all my favorite dresses I wanted to try on and they would have them pulled for my appointment! I was so excited I spent quite some time going through all the dresses on the website and falling in love with a few. When I got to my appointment I was told that they didn't carry any of the dresses I had starred. Not ONE. Imagine my disappointment. This David bridal store is the worst ever! When dress shopping the customer service was so horrible I refused to buy a dress from them. I ended up getting my wedding gown from aurora David bridal and the experience was over the top amazing! Since the Peoria location is closer to where I live I desided maybe their alterations dept has better service. It does not! I asked for boob cups at beginning of my appointment and was not charge for them because she refused to do any of the alterations to the top of my dress until an app... read more

First impression and service on June 10 were great. Bought 3 dresses that day. After a month we still don't have dress #3. We were finally informed that it may take up to 4 months from the date of order to get the dress which means September 25 with the wedding on October 13. Then they tell us alterations will take 4-6 weeks after the dress finally arrives. Obviously that doesn't work so they tell us for an additional fee they can "expedite" the alterations. We had an appointment at 11 with Heather, she was with another bride and would be with us as soon as she could so we started looking around and trying on bridesmaid dresses. The lady that helped was not very helpful. We had 6 girls trying on dresses and needing colors and sizes checked to see if they would come in on time.
