Went in today to look for a dress for a military ball. There were at least 5 ladies working only 2 other customers in the store. I was looking around and tried on about 4 dresses. I was going to buy one that I liked but NOT ONE of the sales personnel ever asked me if I needed anything, if I was finding everything okay, offer assistance or even a room. I purchased a formal dress for an event in October 2018. My friend and I were in the store 2 hours trying on dresses and two associates helped us. Not once were we told the dresses were non refundable. No signage and no mention of this being the stores policy. Having not shopped in this store before I had no idea. Ordered the dress over a month ago and still don’t have it when I was told it would be one week. Will not shop here again.

Awful customer service. I paid $150 for a dress and because I listened to their ‘experts’ about sizing I went up two sizes due to pregnancy, needless to say it was still HUGE. I had it altered by a local store owner in my hometown the week of the wedding and it was still $125 to get it altered because it was so big. I didn’t take it to their alterations because it would have been twice as much. What a crock!!! I bought a dress for my daughter and she found one somewhere else she likes better. Of course, I can't return the original dress. I was told that I can exchange it for a dress of the same price or higher! Don't shop here unless you are absolutely sold on the dress.

This shop has been a nightmare to deal with! Such lack of communication within the staff. First they ordered the wrong dress in. Not only was it off by two dress sizes but also paid for extra length and it wasn’t even on there. Now I call to ask when I can bring my dress up to have it steamed and they are gonna change me 50$ because I didn’t have alterations done on it. Keep in mind when I picked up the dress they said I could bring it back in to have it done.
I bought my wedding dress and had an amazing experience here. I worked with Bethany and she immediately understood my style and brought out dresses to supplement the choices of my entourage. I would recommend her to anyone! I had been to a David's bridal in another town, and honestly wasn't impressed by the service. This particular branch has amazing consultants! In addition to Bethany, multiple other ladies came by to assist when I was trying to narrow it down, and I felt so well -taken care of. Thank you!!

I just left David’s Bridal, I purchased my wedding gown from this location and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately when I went in today to pick up a couple pieces for my gown and asked for help, they acted like I was such an inconvenience to look at a Veil. She didn’t want to even give me the time of day. I own a business that strives for excellent customer service and it is a shame that other businesses could careless about how they treat you.
